The difference is its composition, the solid floor is 19 mm thick which are of the wood species of your interest, we have two formats: to polish on site and pre-finished, the latter has aluminum oxide finish. The engineered wood floor is composed of several layers of plywood and in its upper part contains a noble layer of the wood species of your interest and an aluminum oxide finish. Its thickness can be from 11/1.8 mm, 12/3 mm, 14/3 mm or up to 15/4 mm.
